Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the time you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country (in Italy, Articles 52–59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer Code).
How to Practice It
Fill out the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request has been registered. Your refund will be processed within the time frame required by the law applicable to your purchase.
When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services that are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections describe the main cases that may apply to purchases made at this store.
Digital content downloaded with your express consent
When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licenses, etc.) and expressly request immediate delivery, thereby acknowledging that you forfeit your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59, paragraph 1, subparagraph o of Legislative Decree 206/2005). Explicit consent is collected at checkout.
Services initiated during the cancellation period at your request
If you ask us to begin providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may still withdraw, but you will be required to pay an amount proportional to the service already provided (Art. 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 57, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005). Your specific request is recorded at checkout.
Custom-made items, perishable items, items sealed for hygiene reasons, or sealed containers
Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized; goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable goods); items sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that have been opened after delivery; as well as audio media, video media, or software that are sealed and opened after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Accommodations, rentals, dining, or recreational services with a set date
Services tied to a specific date or performance period, accommodations for non-residential purposes (hotels, vacation rentals), vehicle rentals, the transport of goods, food and beverage services, and leisure services such as event tickets, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59, paragraph 1, subparagraph n of Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
