The Ozone Station by Lory Progetti Veterinari is a professional system developed for the sanitization of surgical instruments, veterinary accessories, and laparoscopic instruments using ozone. Ozone is one of the most powerful oxidizing agents available for professional sanitization and is capable of reducing the microbial load by inactivating numerous viral strains and combating bacteria, molds, fungi, and other microorganisms. Thanks to its fully automatic operation, the operator simply needs to load the instruments, close the door, and start the cycle. At the end of the sanitization process, the machine:
- automatically stops ozone production;
- gradually reduces the residual concentration;
- automatically unlocks the magnetic lock;
- allows for opening in complete safety.

How It Works
- Connect the appliance to a 220 V power outlet.
- Open the door.
- Place the utensils in the two baskets.
- Close the door.
- Press the ON button.
- The indicator light shows which cycle is currently running.
- When the process is complete, the machine automatically unlocks the lock, allowing it to be opened.
During the cycle, ozone is produced in the first few minutes and then automatically broken down, leaving only a minimal amount that is completely eliminated when the door is opened.
Be careful with fiber-optic instruments
Ozone is a strong oxidizing agent. For laparoscopic instruments equipped with optical fibers, simply use the protective caps provided by the manufacturer.
